Muum Productions is the culmination of many years spent working towards a dream held by Nery Monzon. After spending over 10 years in the industry as a solo jack-of-all-trades, he came to create "THE TEAM of MUUM Productions".
Nery has been in this industry for sixteen years; his qualifications include floral design, makeup artistry, hair styling, fashion merchandizing and design, budgeting and small business management.
A strong passion for detail and an eye for the unique give him an edge in this highly competitive and ever-changing industry. Much of his experience in the fashion industry is brought to each event he organizes, adding that special touch that promises to make each event one to remember.
He is the Head Creative Director & CEO of MUUM Productions who’s eye for making all photo-shoots as well as runway shows into star-studded events. He makes sure that every one from production team to stylists gets the image and look that is needed to create the mood and feel clients are looking for.
He carefully works with each client personally, and truly understands their needs and wants to create a world of Fashion, Glamour and Fame to each customer's portfolio.
Some of the companies he has created shows or shoots for are The Bay, Classy Formal Wear, East West Women and Bride Magazine & Show, Manhunt Canada 2007, Urban Wedding, Pure Something, Sweat Under Gear R&U Styles and many more local fashion shows and companies around the lower mainland to name
He has a passion and love for the arts and continues to grow and is always looking for more. He always says “When I stop learning is the day he will stop doing what I love. A hobby that makes me be creative and opens the eyes of the world.”
He looks up to many people but two people in his life apart from his family that have pushed him to where he is and wants to be are Nuno Silva & Marilyn Wilson. (We will feature them later in the blog)
His passion for the art has kept him pushing himself to do more. He now also helping models in starting their portfolios and taking there first steps in the fashion world. He enjoys teaching them tricks of the trade and how to push themselves to do more.
